Menopause is reached when a woman's monthly period stops for twelve consecutive months. Most women reach menopause between the ages of forty and fifty. Women often begin experiencing some of the symptoms of menopause at an earlier age when they reach premenopause or peri-menopause. Women that have had any medical problems with the reproductive system including cancer can go into menopause at a much younger age. Chemotherapy, radiation, smoking, removal of the uterus and ovaries can start menopause earlier than normal.

The Symptoms of Menopause

The symptoms of menopause vary from woman to woman and if severe can be treated in various ways. Hot flashes, night sweats, a decrease in sexual desire, vaginal dryness, mood swings, moodiness, feeling tired all the time, hair loss or thinning, hair growth to the facial areas, forgetfulness, dizziness, weight gain, bloating, rapid heart beating, depression, headaches and itchy skin are most of the symptoms some women will have while going through menopause.

Natural bio identical therapies and HRT for treating menopause symptoms sounds interesting. The fear of side effects of HRT made me take a dive into the online world and Google God was helpful enough to connect me with the natural supplement Femestra ( http://www.femestra.com/ ). My friends often talked about talking different vitamin capsules along with some mineral supplements that contained magnesium and calcium. Luckily, instead of searching around and popping in too many pills, my body gets supply of over hundred vitamins and minerals from just two pills of Femestra. Even I was not very convinced about its healing powers but after 6 months of regular usage and absence of hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings, I have to eat back my words. Femestra contains rice bran, a major food eaten by Asian females daily. Therefore, use Femestra and provide your body with the much-needed power that would assist it to resist and overcome all disturbing menopause symptoms.

we’re scared about finding out or we just feel silly asking about it. Let’s face it, the only time we go to the doctor for ourselves (as opposed to our kids) is to have a pap smear and we’re so happy for that to be over, we forget to ask our doctor about anything else relating to our own health or emotional state for that matter! therfore I purchased online Home Check Menopause kit and i tested in the comfort of the home luckily i got the result to consult with doctor
